• Planning and organising campaign launch events including Brilliant Basics
• Service Improvement Clinics and 1:1 coaching
The Productive Operating Theatre (TPOT) Programme
• National Patient Survey's
• Patient Experience Trackers
• Delivery of CQUINS (as indentified)
• Graphic/Web Design for Patient Services
